Project Manager

Overview of Job Function:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing Vintegrity’s projects against budget, scope and timeline across a diverse portfolio of products to achieve financial targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Create and manage a detailed project plan and project management deliverables.
  • Manage and report on project financials against the budget.
  • Complete accurate resource scheduling and revenue forecasting.
  • Scope adherence and change management against the contracted deliverables.
  • Complete weekly status reporting and administrative updates.
  • Handle risk/issue management, including appropriate escalations.
  • Lead regularly scheduled status meetings with customer and project teams.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer to facilitate honest and timely communication.
  • Participate in PMO related activities.
  • Complete required and optional learning to develop and maintain understanding of Verint’s diverse product portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical project management, process/resource management consulting, and/or customer relationship management
  • Software specific working knowledge required of the following: MS Project, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (sophisticated user level)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Consulting experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Project Management Certification – e.g., PMP, Agile related
  • Contact Center industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise scale software deployments, including Cloud and on premise
  • Experience in process improvement or workflow consulting
  • Highly motivated individual driven to keep pace in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to influence others, demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all business dealings
